What is aListEngine and how does it work?
aListEngine is AI cataloging software that analyzes your item photos and automatically generates professional titles, descriptions, and pricing. It works with furniture, estate items, tools, collectibles, general merchandise, and other lot types. You review, edit, and export directly to the platform of your choice.
How does AI auction cataloging work?
Upload photos of your auction lots. Our AI identifies the item and writes a title, description, condition notes, and a suggested price, plus AI Insights with extra context. Choose Quick, Standard, Enhanced, or Thorough analysis, then review and edit everything before export.
What makes aListEngine different from other cataloging tools?

How do AI credits work in aListEngine?
Each standard AI analysis uses one credit. Current monthly allowances are Basic 200, Pro 600, Business 1,400, Auction Standard 2,200, Auction Plus 3,000. Need more than your plan includes? Top up any time, or contact us about a custom plan.
How do I sign up for aListEngine?
Create an organization, start a 14-day free trial, and begin cataloging right away. Once the organization is set up, you can invite team members into the same workspace.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
The Basic plan's 14-day trial with 50 AI credits does not require a credit card. The signup flow shows the current trial terms for the plan you select.
Can multiple team members use aListEngine together?
Yes. Team members work in one organization with a shared AI-credit pool. Shared folders can also have their own permissions, expiry, and credit budget, and guests do not need an account. Check the app for the current member allowance for your plan.
How can I contact support?
