Import hundreds of photos at once. Barcode-based lot separation and duplicate detection group them into individual listings for high-volume auction and estate-sale cataloging.

### Mobile camera workflow for field cataloging
Photograph items where the work is happening, keep the right photos grouped lot by lot during intake, and sync the organized batch into the aListEngine workspace. Download options are available for iPhone, Google Play, and optional direct Android installation.

Each sale, estate, or batch gets its own folder inside the organization, holding listings, imports, exports, collaborators, and activity. Share folders with view or edit permissions, optional expiry, and shared AI credits. Recipients don't need an account to view.

Invite your team into one organization with a shared credit pool. Organization settings show each member's Owner or Member role and account status in one place. Check the app for the current member allowance for each plan.

### Custom AI instructions per folder and team
Use the format controls available to your plan and workspace to set organization- or folder-level AI instructions, pricing strategy, analysis depth, title length, and description length for more consistent output.

### Platform-formatted exports for auctions and marketplaces
Download pre-formatted listing files and image packages for import after review. Supported: AuctionMethod, BidWrangler, Equip-Bid, EstateSales.NET, HiBid, AuctionFlex 360, K-Bid, LiveAuctioneers, and Shopify. The eBay Seller Hub draft CSV workflow is in beta.
