ListEngine is the mobile intake app for aListEngine. It is included with every aListEngine plan and uses the same account as the web workspace.

## Mobile Workflow

1. **Capture without stopping:** Create or open a folder, photograph lots with the camera, or select existing photos from the device gallery. Files and changes persist locally when the connection drops.
2. **Refine every lot on the spot:** Return to any lot to capture more photos or select them from the gallery. Crop, rotate, flip, add text to, rearrange, or delete individual photos; edit lot numbers; start a new lot at any image; and add or review typed and voice notes.
3. **Sync when the connection is ready:** Sync manually or automatically, control whether uploads use Wi-Fi or mobile data, and see pending, completed, retry, and recovery status. The organized batch continues into the aListEngine workspace for AI drafting, human review, and platform-formatted export.

## Offline Use

ListEngine supports offline-ready field intake. When internet service is unavailable, users can capture and edit photos while keeping lot numbers, photo groups, and notes on the device. Pending work can sync when a connection returns.
